Hamabla Launch Party Event Photography

Project Overview

Ezra Productions was hired to photograph the Hamabla collection product launch event at The Bungalow in Santa Monica. In addition to event photography, Ezra Productions provided styling, editing, and photograph coloring. Hamabla received the edited photos the afternoon following the event. 

The photographs showcase product merchandising and guests interacting with the collection, as well as the beachside venue and event styling and atmosphere. We captured pre-event photos of the merchandising table and items, gifting elements, social media set-up, and beach venue styling. The venue was an important factor in establishing the upscale seaside atmosphere of the luxury beach line and the client wanted to make sure we got wide establishing shots of the view of Santa Monica. 

Throughout the event, we photographed the social elements of the launch party, making sure to get plenty of artistic, fun, and candid shots of the guests interacting with each other and the intricately detailed products. We also took portraits of singles and group shots, including VIP guests and the notable host, Hamabla founder Joelle Maynard. It was important to have options of pictures of guests with and without drinks in their hands. We paid special attention to details, chose flattering and artful angles, and showed the continuity of the overall atmosphere in the photogrpahs.
