Website Redesign Project Overview
We were thrilled when Tea Drops approached us to re-design their website. Having just won a Telly Award for the branded content video we created for their homepage, we were excited to re-design to show just how amazing of a company Tea Drops really is. As customers ourselves, we knew exactly what needed to change in order to not only enhance the company’s brand image, but to make the customer experience infinitely better.
We decided to move Tea Drops’ website from Big Commerce to Shopify in order to provide a more aesthetically pleasing and intuitive shopping experience while improving the SEO capabilities of the website. Originally Tea Drops just wanted us to transfer the website to the new platform, but after we presented our ideas for the new designs and branding, they contracted us to do a major overhaul. This included addressing customer feedback for a clear way to understand how to use tea drops using clear images with instructions at the top of the homepage, new product photography, graphic design, a completely revamped wholesale portal with much better functionality, the removal and consolidation of pages, and the addition of many customer-experience-enhancing plugins.
